All LUOM.O orders will be beautifully wrapped in tissue paper, and packed delicately in our bridal bag.

We offer FREE delivery within Australia.
International orders, a flat rate $65 charge will apply.
Standard delivery will take approximately 4-6 weeks.

For urgent delivery requests, please notify us of your required delivery date at the time of order to ensure your item arrives in time.
Note: No deliveries to PO Boxes can be made.

Returns & Exchanges
As we take great care to communicate clearly with our brides from the time of order, we sadly do not accept any returns for change of mind or any orders of incorrect sizing.
Made-to-Order items are non-refundable due to custom sizing therefore we are unable to accept returns under any conditions. No changes can be accepted to the design once we have proceeded with your order.
Although we ensure your dress is as accurate as possible with measurements, it is impossible to determine the exact proportions of every distance in body measurements.
Brides must take into account that minor alterations will most likely be required for exact fit once the dress has been received and that this cost is at the expense of the purchaser.
A bride may have a personal preference to whether she prefers a more fitted or loose fit. That is up to each individual, and additional adjustments can be determined personally.
