Packaging and Delivery
All LUOM.O orders will be beautifully wrapped in tissue paper, and packed delicately in our bridal bag.
DELIVERY COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
We offer FREE delivery within Australia.
International orders, a flat rate $65 charge will apply.
Standard delivery will take approximately 4-6 weeks.
Please note, that delivery times can vary depending on availability.
For urgent delivery requests, please notify us of your required delivery date at the time of order to ensure your item arrives in time.
Note: No deliveries to PO Boxes can be made.

Returns & Exchanges
As we take great care to communicate clearly with our brides from the time of order, we sadly do not accept any returns for change of mind as all our veils are made per order.
No changes can be accepted to the design once we have proceeded with your order.
A bride may have a personal preference to the length of her veil. We have designed it at 2 metres in length, to allow for any adjustments to shorten.
That is up to each individual, and can be determined personally.
Custom length can be requested.
