Can I track my order?

Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a notification with a tracking number from our team. Should you have any queries about any aspect of delivery, you can contact us on

How much is shipping?

We offer FREE shipping across Australia. Deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes. All deliveries must be signed for. All International orders have a $65 flat rate delivery charge.

How will my dress be packaged?

All our gowns are meticulously packed in tissue and delivered boxed. Garments are also delivered with their LUOM.O branded garment bags.

What is the leadtime for your dresses?

Our lead-times from order to delivery are 4-6 weeks. Should you require your wedding gown with greater urgency contact us directly and we will do our utmost to meet your target date. 

What if my measurements are between sizes?

If you have any concerns about your sizing, our team are here to help. You can email us on and we can determine what is the best recommended size for your body shape.

How do I find my perfect fit?
